Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Flex Plus has a full-size bed and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. It is, however, a private area and is not open to anyone else. Flex Plus, on the other hand, is quite in demand for a couple of reasons. Analyzed on a price & performance analysis, it is a very efficient option and costs less than 15% of a deluxe room. It gets the natural sunshine to a maximum extent, more extensively than other rooms, and generally has the best view. Neighbourhood/Building: Located in the vibrant Union Market area, our residence offer a dynamic blend of convenience and urban living. Shopping enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Uline Arena, Union Station, and Hecht's Warehouse District. Uline Arena is just 0.5 miles away, and Union Station is within a 23-minute walk, providing easy access to a variety of retail and dining options. Residents can access seven transit stops within 2.2 miles, including the NoMA-Gallaudet U and Union Station stops. This connectivity ensures seamless travel throughout the city. For outdoor and recreational activities, the residence is ideally situated near five parks within three miles. Explore the Carter G. Woodson Home National Historic Site, Marian Koshland Science Museum, and the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden, offering a range of leisure and cultural experiences. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:

- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
